Privacy policy

When you request a booking, the salon you are booking with processes your name and phone number solely to handle your appointment (contract performance, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). The salon is the data controller; mosenly provides the booking software as a processor.

Data is stored within the EU (Frankfurt). It is retained only as long as the salon needs it for appointment history and is never used for marketing without your separate consent.

You can ask the salon at any time to access, correct, or erase your data. Erasure requests are honored through the salon's data-erasure tooling.
